Glassbox Studio officially opened its doors in March of 2012 to serve private-equity real estate investors with mixed-use portfolios…high-rise office, retail & multi-family projects alike. We are a carefully crafted group of designers who excel in specific areas: Project Management, Creative Design, 3D Rendering & Marketing. Our goal is to provide you the service and skill you expect from larger competitors, at lower rates, by fostering an environment of incentive & flexibility…all with the purpose of providing you with the best experience possible. We want you to enjoy the process as much as the finished product.

Megan Hubachek - President

Over 10 years in the design industry, including top Dallas & Denver firms IA Interior Architects, ENTOS Design, and Davis Partnership Architects.

Megan leads Glassbox with a combination of business strategy & design expertise. From 800 SF start-ups to 340,00 SF call centers, her passion lies in project management – guiding you from the first face to face meeting to the final punch list, and through every bump and hurdle in between. With a B.S. in Interior Design from Texas Christian University, and a minor in business, she excels at merging creativity with budget-conscious solutions. Megan is licensed in Texas as an Interior Designer, and a Registered Accessibility Specialist.

Brianna Deegan - VP

Over 9 years in the design industry, including top Denver firms Design Force, Waring & Associates, and Kieding Office Architects.

With a B.S. in Interior Design from Colorado State University and a minor in Construction Management, Brianna has an incredible ability to design outside the box. Her passion lies in creative design. The daughter of an architect, Brianna began her design career at a young age. From tenant development to high-end hospitality, Brianna’s broad range of experience makes her a rare find in commercial design. A DIY enthusiast, Brianna has an innate ability to affordably bridge artistic expression into rich, contemporary spaces.

Services in this category are typically rendered in a fixed-fee contract directly with the tenant. Tenants may enlist any of the following services in their contract: Programming / Space Planning, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents (CDs), Field Surveys, 3D Renderings, Furniture Selection, Specification & Purchasing, CAD Database Creation, Finish Boards.

All tenant packages include code analysis; IECC ComChecks; TAS registration, review & inspection; and any other documents required by federal, state, or local municipalities for permitting.

DIY

We give you the tools. You build the vision. Our DIY packages are an A-La-Carte menu for those who may not need a full scope of design services.

All DIY packages include the following:
(1) 2-hour meeting with you at the project location.
(1) 8-1/2 x 11 digital concept board
(1) Floor plan designating locations of all selections.

We ask that each DIY client provide us with the following items via email prior to our meeting: Existing floor plan w/ dimensions (if available), Magazine / Pineterest / Web images of desired styles, Photos of existing space, and any other specific design requests. All DIY packages are priced for a maximum of 2 rooms (ie. reception & conference). If you require more, contact us for a custom quote.

 

Packages:

Small - $640

Includes: (3) paint options & furniture selections presented in a spreadsheet.

Medium - $800

Includes: (3) paint options, furniture, art & lighting selections presented in a spreadsheet.

Large - $1,200

Includes: (3) paint options, furniture, art, lighting & small accessory selections presented in a spreadsheet. 

Elevations & details: $80/hr

Additional meeting time: $80/hr

On-site installation: $80/hr

* Fees do not include reimbursable expenses such as: mileage, airfare, ground transportation, plotting, etc.
